- Standard USPS/UPS Shipping rates apply. Shipping will be applied at checkout.
- Merchandise at Finishing Touch Boutique is shipped through USPS. Customer will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped off to USPS. We're no longer responsible for your package after that point. If you have questions about your package while in transit, please contact USPS at

- It's the costumer’s responsibility to ensure that they're providing a secure and safe shipping address for the package to be delivered at. Finishing Touch Boutique is not responsible for orders that are missing after they were shipped by USPS.
- If items are returned to Finishing Touch Boutique because an incorrect shipping address was provided, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned in BRAND NEW condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from all damage. *Examples of damage include but are not limited to- pet hair, foreign smells, stains, and cracks or chips.
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the package being delivered.
Return Process: Items can be returned via mail or in store.
IN STORE:
- Drop off the item at Finishing Touch Boutique.
- Allow 1-2 days for your return to be processed and accepted by one of our team members.
- Your credit may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed back into your account depending upon your financial institution.
BY MAIL:
- We recommend customers use USPS/UPS for return shipping. A tracking number will be provided to help if there's any problems with us receiving the package.
- Shipping charges for original purchase will not be refunded.
- Your return will be processed by our team within 1-2 business days.
- Your credit may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed back into your account depending upon your financial institution.
